My name is Teresa Luz Miller. I'm a coder and I like to draw.
Graduated from Montclair State University with a B.S in Computer Science and a minor in Business with a certificate in Innovation Design and Digitally Mediated Making.
In 2019, I taught a cohort of 20 high school students for Girls Who Code at Twitter's HQ in SF as an alumni TA.
Presently, I am a Desktop Analyst for J.Crew assisting the maintenance of hardware, software, and operating systems, in a networked environment while tracking employee issues within BMC Helix ITMS.
Additionally, I am a part-time Web Developer for Hudson Medical Group.
Previously, I was a Service Desk Desktop Technician for MSU's DIT where I assisted in servicing the 20,000+ fac/student body with over 4,000+ ServiceNow tickets worked on.
As a undergraduate, I interned and worked with She's the First to develop Action Network, a platform to address issues affecting gender equality.
As well as organized GitHub's New York Field Day - a regional unconference for leaders of technical student communities.
Formerly, I was an organizer for CodeDay NY, Head of Hacker Experience at def hacks(), and co-director of Communications and Marketing for ProjectCSGIRLS.
